Delivery Helper, Benguet

Key Responsibilities

• Loading/Unloading: Safely packing, organizing, and unloading goods from delivery trucks at warehouses and customer locations.
• Documentation & Accuracy: Verifying invoices, obtaining customer signatures, and ensuring the correct items are delivered.
• Navigation & Support: Assisting drivers with directions, map reading, and maneuvering the vehicle in tight spaces.
• Customer Service: Acting as a professional point of contact, handling inquiries, and managing rejected products.
• Maintenance: Cleaning the vehicle, securing loads with straps/tarps, and performing basic inspections.
