Description
The Accountant is responsible for managing the financial aspects of specific projects, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance. This role involves close collaboration with project managers to ensure financial objectives are met and that financial records are accurately maintained.
- Budget Management: Assist in the development and monitoring of project budgets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial plans.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports that include project status, variances, and forecasts for stakeholders.
- Cost Tracking: Monitor and track project costs, ensuring all expenses are recorded and aligned with budget allocations.
- Invoice Processing: Prepare and process project-related invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors and subcontractors.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate financial documentation and records for audit purposes
- Graduate of BS Accountancy
- With at least 1-2 years of work experience in General Accounting
- Willing to be assigned in Kapangan, Benguet
- Can start immediately
