Description

Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of branch sales targets and KPIs.
Ensure excellent customer service and proper handling of customer concerns.
Oversee inventory management including monitoring stock movement, discrepancies, and replenishment.
Ensure proper implementation of company policies, operational procedures, and disciplinary standards.
Supervise and evaluate branch employees including attendance, productivity, and performance.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Ensure proper cash handling, POS monitoring, and coordination with Accounting regarding branch transactions.
Monitor cleanliness, organization, security, and overall branch appearance.
Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, Marketing, and other departments regarding operational requirements.
Handle staff scheduling and manpower concerns subject to management approval.
Ensure all branch documents, permits, and operational requirements are updated and compliant.
Assist in resolving operational issues, customer complaints, and employee concerns.
Monitor opening and closing procedures of the branch.
Ensure proper implementation of promos, marketing activities, and company announcements.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
At least 1–2 years supervisory or leadership experience in retail, store operations, or related field.
Experience in fast food operations is an advantage.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledgeable in sales, inventory management, and customer service.
Computer literate and knowledgeable in POS systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and extended hours if needed.
