Description

Key Responsibilities:

Create and deliver engaging e-learning, instructor-led workshops, and behavioral/soft skills programs.

Conduct TNI & TNA to align training programs with business objectives and operational needs.

Develop diverse learning experiences using classroom, self-paced modules, simulations, and role-playing.

Manage training effectiveness through progress checks, certifications, and data-driven improvements.

Work with SMEs and managers to advance employee engagement and support organizational change management.


Requirements:

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.

35 years in training, with a strong preference for US Banking or Financial Industry backgrounds.

Solid knowledge of Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and training technology.

Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across business lines.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning tools.

Must be willing to relocate to Dumaguete.
