Company Nurse, Zamboanga del Norte

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license
• Preferably with valid BLS/First Aide/CPR Certification
• With at least 1-2 years of clinical or occupational health experience (industrial, waste management or construction setting is an advantage)
• With training in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is an advantage
• Must be knowledgeable in DOLE OSH Standards and basic occupational health programs
• Should be physically fit and willing to be assigned in site operations

Job Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge in first aid, emergency response and case management
• Ability to handle minor injuries and work-related health concerns
• Competent in medical documentation and report preparation
• Good communication and coordination skills (able to deal with workers, supervisors and management)
• High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling medical records
• Organized and capable of managing clinic supplies and inventory
• Able to work independently and respond calmly during emergencies
