DAILY SALES

• Achieves consistently average daily sales
• Acknowledges the presence of customers by greeting and smiling at them
• Establishes rapport with customers
• Communicates and shares product/services information with customers
• Takes responsibility for customer comfort in the store, especially in clo
• Updates customers on ongoing and/or future promotions and marketing activities
• Understands and delivers assigned tasks based on results and work relations commitment
• Builds up a loyal customer base
• Documents data on foot traffic and customers behavior/needs
• Affirms and thanks customers at the end of every transaction

CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Empathizes with customer concerns, feedback and suggestions
• Answers all customer inquiries and provides assistance as necessary
• Collaborates with store heads in satisfying customer needs and expectations

DISPLAY AND REPLENISHMENT

• Secures and helps maintain quality and accountability of items and stocks
• Ensures availability, assortment and proper display of items
• Rotates items to give a fresh look everyday

SECURITY AND HOUSEKEEPING

• Observes vigilance at assigned area to prevent probable losses
• Maintain cleanliness of selling area, fitting rooms and back office
• Identifies fixtures or areas which need repairs and reports to store manager for disposition
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
