Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
• At least 6 months of experience in an HR-related role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Job Summary / Description:

• Identify, screen, and attract qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
• Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation for various HR functions
• Ensure the organization adheres to labor laws and regulations, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive employee information
• Accurate and timely preparation of payroll reports (with zero audit findings and complaints)
• Monitor leave credit availments
• Compute 13th month pay and final pay for separated employees
• Monitor salary loan deductions and other charges/deductions
• Monitor processing of monthly remittances (SSS, PHIC, HDMF) for the assigned refilling plant
• Handle corrective action processes based on company policy
• Document all actions for every incident report received
• Coordinate and document performance evaluation forms (3rd and 5th month)
• Conduct exit interviews for separated employees
• Prepare monthly reports
• Perform other tasks as needed
