  • Atleast 6 month of experience in an HR related role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and problem solving abilities


Job summary/Description:

  • Identifying,screening, and attracting qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring accurate documentation for various HR Functions
  • Ensuring the organization adheres to labor laws and regulations, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
  • Accurate and timely preparation of payroll report (with zero audit findings and complaints)
  • Leave Credits availments Monitoring
  • 13th month pay computation and final pay computation for separated employees
  • Salary loan deduction and other charges/deductions monitoring
  • Monitor the processing of payments of monthly remittances (SSS, PHIC, HDMF) of the assigned refilling plant
  • Handles corrective action process based on the Company policy
  • Documentation of all the actions made for every incident report received
  • Coordination and documentation of performance evaluation forms (3rd and 5th month)
  • Conducts exit interview to separated employee
  • Prepare monthly report
  • Perform other task as needed
