This role involves interacting with customers, handling cash transactions, and supporting kitchen staff as necessary.
  • Customer Service: Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Taking Orders: Record customer orders accurately, ensuring all special requests or dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Deliver food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
  • Food Preparation Assistance: Assist with food preparation or refilling as directed by kitchen staff or managers.
  • Cash Handling: Process customer payments, including cash and card transactions, and provide change when necessary.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including clearing tables, resetting them for the next customers, and ensuring the area is well-organized.
  • Stocking: Ensure that condiments, napkins, and utensils are stocked and available for customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow attendants to ensure a smooth flow of service.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Customer Feedback: Address any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
