Description

Food Attendant is responsible for serving food and beverages to customers in a restaurant, caf, or other dining establishments. They ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting kitchen and waitstaff operations.
Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with menu selections and take food and drink orders.
Food Delivery: Deliver food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure dining area, tables, and service areas are clean and well-organized.
Order Accuracy: Ensure all orders are accurate and meet customer expectations before delivery.
Handling Payments: Process customer payments, including cash, credit cards, or other methods.
Cooperation: Work with kitchen staff, waitstaff, and management to ensure smooth service flow.
Stocking and Supplies: Replenish food and beverage items and other supplies as necessary.
Health and Safety: Adhere to food safety and cleanliness regulations.
