We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and customer-oriented Food Attendant to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service by assisting customers with their food and beverage needs, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.
Greet and welcome customers as they enter the establishment.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
Ensure customers' dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
Assist customers with menu selections and answer any questions they may have.
Process payments and provide accurate change or receipts.
Monitor customer needs and offer additional items or services when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and restrooms.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
