Description

The Food Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a dining or event setting.
This role involves greeting guests, taking and serving food and beverage orders, ensuring a positive dining experience, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
Greet guests as they arrive and assist them in finding a seat.
Take and record food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for service.
Respond to customer inquiries or complaints in a polite and efficient manner.
Work with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are delivered correctly and on time.
Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials to offer recommendations to guests.
Clean and reset tables after guests have finished dining.
Adhere to health and safety regulations regarding food handling and cleanliness.
Assist in restocking supplies and preparing for future service.
Handle payments and provide change as needed.
