Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Food Stall Attendant to join our team in Iloilo.
As a Food Stall Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food quality standards, and handling daily stall operations. You will play a key role in providing a positive experience for customers while promoting a clean and safe environment in the stall.
Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take customer orders, answer inquiries, and suggest menu items.
Ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Handle customer complaints or concerns and resolve them effectively.
Food Preparation:
Assist in the preparation of food and beverages according to the stalls menu.
Ensure that food is presented in an attractive and appealing manner.
Monitor food stock and notify the supervisor when supplies are running low.
Cleanliness and Hygiene:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stall, including food prep areas and storage.
Ensure that hygiene and food safety standards are adhered to at all times.
Regularly sanitize equipment, surfaces, and utensils.
Cashiering and Payment Handling:
Operate the cash register and process customer payments (cash or card).
Provide correct change and receipts to customers.
Keep track of daily sales and report to the supervisor.
Inventory Management:
Assist in the inventory count and restocking of food supplies.
Ensure proper storage of food items to avoid waste and maintain freshness.
Teamwork and Communication:
Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth stall operations.
Communicate with the manager or supervisor for any operational issues or suggestions.
