The Helper is responsible for providing general support to the team by assisting with tasks, organizing materials, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. This role requires flexibility and a proactive attitude to ensure the successful completion of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist team members in completing daily tasks and projects.
Help with loading, unloading, and moving equipment or materials.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of workspaces, storage areas, and equipment.
Support the setup and breakdown of work areas, including materials and tools.
Perform basic maintenance or repairs on equipment, as needed.
Deliver items to various departments or job sites.
Maintain inventory by restocking materials and reporting shortages.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing documents, sorting materials, or assisting with deliveries.
Handle minor troubleshooting and provide assistance with equipment operations.
Complete other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.
