The Helper is responsible for providing general support to the team by assisting with tasks, organizing materials, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. This role requires flexibility and a proactive attitude to ensure the successful completion of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist team members in completing daily tasks and projects.
• Help with loading, unloading, and moving equipment or materials.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of workspaces, storage areas, and equipment.
• Support the setup and breakdown of work areas, including materials and tools.
• Perform basic maintenance or repairs on equipment, as needed.
• Deliver items to various departments or job sites.
• Maintain inventory by restocking materials and reporting shortages.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as filing documents, sorting materials, or assisting with deliveries.
• Handle minor troubleshooting and provide assistance with equipment operations.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.
