Greet and assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and product recommendations.
Provide exceptional service by addressing customer needs and resolving complaints professionally.

Sales & Transactions:
Operate cash registers, process payments, and handle returns and exchanges.
Promote special offers, loyalty programs, and new products to increase sales.
Assist with online orders, pickups, and refunds when applicable.
Store Maintenance & Merchandising:
Ensure shelves and displays are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
Assist in setting up promotional displays and signage.
Perform regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
Stock Handling & Management:
Receive and unpack deliveries, ensuring stock is properly stored.
Restock shelves and replenish low-stock items as needed.
Maintain an organized stockroom for easy access and inventory control.
