The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by assisting with administrative tasks, customer interactions, and inventory management to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the sales process. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer customer queries and provide product information.
Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with preparing sales materials, presentations, and quotes.
Track sales leads and follow up on potential sales.
Help maintain and update customer databases.
Inventory Management:
Assist with stock replenishment and organization of sales floor displays.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to the management team.
Help with receiving and organizing deliveries.
Administrative Duties:
Handle order processing, invoicing, and filing.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and sales data.
Provide general office support, including answering phone calls and emails.
