Description

The Retail Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store presentation, assisting with inventory management, and supporting sales initiatives. This role involves helping customers with their purchases, restocking shelves, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.
Customer Service: Greet customers, assist them in finding products, provide product information, and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
Sales Support: Promote products, inform customers about promotions, and assist in achieving sales targets.
Merchandising and Stock Management: Arrange and display products attractively, restock shelves, and ensure products are correctly priced and labeled.
Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle returns or exchanges according to store policy.
Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean and organized, including fitting rooms and customer service areas.
Inventory Control: Assist in receiving shipments, checking stock levels, and conducting inventory counts.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
