Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
Ensure all product displays are visually appealing, well-organized, and in line with brand guidelines.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is replenished as needed and products are correctly labeled and priced.
Conduct regular store visits to assess product presentation and gather feedback from customers.
Assist in the preparation of promotional materials and store displays for events, seasonal changes, or new product launches.
Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries of stock and promotional materials.
Work with the marketing and sales teams to analyze sales trends and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.
Provide administrative support, including preparing reports on inventory levels, sales, and stock movement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards regarding merchandising and product placement.
