Job Summary:

The Store Staff is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, managing inventory, and supporting daily operational tasks to enhance the shopping experience and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly, assist with product inquiries, and provide recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.

Sales Support:

• Assist in achieving store sales targets by promoting products and informing customers of current promotions and discounts.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor stock levels, assist in restocking shelves, and report any inventory discrepancies to the supervisor.

Merchandising:

• Ensure products are displayed neatly and according to the company's visual standards.

Cashiering:

• Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and issue receipts.

Store Maintenance:

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store, including arranging products and cleaning display areas.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth store operations.
