Job Summary:

The Store Staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring the store is well-stocked, and maintaining a clean and organized shopping environment. They assist customers with inquiries, process sales transactions, and ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and replenished.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
• Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Stock shelves, organize products, and ensure items are well-displayed.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and reordering.
• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Follow store policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
