Draftsman, Iloilo

Position: Draftsman

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Creating Technical Drawings: Develop detailed and accurate technical drawings, blueprints, and plans for projects based on the input from engineers, architects, or designers.
2. Design Documentation: Ensure that all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to clarify design requirements and resolve any issues in the drawing process.
4. Software Proficiency: Utilize CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to produce and modify drawings (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, etc.).
5. Drawing Revisions: Update and modify drawings as necessary, incorporating feedback and ensuring all changes are accurately reflected.
6. Quality Control: Ensure that all drawings are precise, error-free, and meet client specifications and company standards.
7. File Management: Maintain organized files of drafts and design plans for easy retrieval and updates.
8. Site Visits: Occasionally visit construction sites or production facilities to gather accurate data for designs and ensure alignment with plans.
9. Product Specifications: Interpret and incorporate product specifications, material types, and production techniques into design plans.
