We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Store Staff. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring that store operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with their needs, answering questions about products and services.
• Ensure products are displayed attractively and are well-stocked.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including shelving, floors, and storage areas.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking and organizing products.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, directing them to the store manager when necessary.
• Participate in regular stock takes and monitor product expiration dates.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge of the products being sold.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Support promotional activities and sales campaigns.
