Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Clerk to join our team in Iloilo. The Admin Clerk will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support office operations and ensure efficiency in day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize office files, documents, and records (both physical and digital).
  • Handle correspondence such as emails, phone calls, and written communications.
  • Prepare and submit reports, forms, and other documents as required.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement when needed.
  • Provide clerical support to different departments as needed.
  • Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and efficient.
  • Greet visitors and assist them with their inquiries.
