Job Summary:The Inventory Associate will manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and availability of products in the warehouse or store. This role involves monitoring stock, conducting inventory audits, and assisting with receiving and organizing products to support efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments of products.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the system and update stock levels regularly.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Monitor stock levels and report low inventory or overstock issues to management.
  • Assist with labeling, shelving, and organizing products in the storage area.
  • Ensure products are stored safely and comply with company standards.
  • Collaborate with the procurement and sales teams to coordinate restocking and order fulfillment.
  • Prepare inventory-related reports for management as needed.
  • Adhere to safety and operational procedures within the workplace.
