Key Responsibilities:

- Keep up-to-date with changes in notarial laws and practices.
Customer Interaction:
- Provide clear instructions and guidance to clients regarding the notary process.
- Address questions or concerns professionally and courteously.
Certification:
- Apply official notary seals and stamps to authenticated documents.
- Certify true copies of documents as requested.
Additional Duties:
- Witness and certify transactions like property transfers or loan agreements.
- Perform remote or electronic notarizations (if applicable).
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
