Sales Assistant, Iloilo

A Sales Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the sales team in achieving sales goals. This role involves assisting customers with product selection, managing inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining the store's overall appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet customers and offer assistance in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide product information and answer customer questions.
• Assist in product selection based on customer needs and preferences.
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a courteous and effective manner.

Sales Support:

• Help drive sales by suggesting additional products or services.
• Assist in setting up promotions, sales displays, and visual merchandising.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Inventory Management:

• Assist in stock replenishment and organize shelves.
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to the manager.
• Assist with inventory checks and ensure products are tagged correctly.

Transaction Processing:

• Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle cash or card payments.
• Issue receipts and process returns or exchanges according to company policies.

Store Presentation:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
• Ensure product displays are attractive and well-stocked.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other sales assistants and the sales manager to ensure efficient store operations.
• Attend team meetings and participate in training sessions.
