Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers in finding products and provide recommendations based on their needs.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns effectively.

Sales Support:

• Promote and upsell products to meet sales targets.
• Provide information on promotions, discounts, and product features.
• Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.

Merchandising and Inventory:

• Ensure shelves and displays are well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Assist in restocking and organizing inventory as needed.
• Conduct regular stock checks and report shortages or discrepancies.

Store Maintenance:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store, including dressing rooms and checkout areas.
