Helper, Iloilo

The Helper will assist in a variety of manual labor tasks, support team members, and ensure that work is completed efficiently and safely. This role is essential for maintaining smooth operations by performing general duties, organizing materials, and providing support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operations and tasks, including loading/unloading materials, carrying equipment, and preparing work areas.
• Support skilled workers (e.g., carpenters, electricians, construction workers) by providing tools and materials as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure safety and productivity.
• Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from work sites.
• Help with the assembly or installation of equipment and materials.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and perform tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
