Store Sales Representative, Iloilo

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Store Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, assisting customers in finding the products they need, and driving sales to meet store targets. You will also maintain store organization and ensure the best possible shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products to suit their preferences and requirements.
• Provide information about products, promotions, and store policies.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to inform customers.
• Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Assist in restocking shelves and displaying merchandise according to store standards.
• Handle returns and exchanges following company policies.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly store environment.
• Support store opening and closing procedures as required.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to store goals and improvement initiatives.
