Mid - Senior Geologist for Field, Isabela

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Geology
• With 5-10 years of experience in Mining Industry
• Experience in Copper-Gold commodity is a plus
• Willing to be deployed in Field and in Office (Nueva Vizcaya)
• Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities

Job Requirements and Job Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct comprehensive site assessments to determine the suitability of locations.
• Evaluate environmental, geographical, and topographical conditions and assess potential hazards.
• Exploration duties associated with the company tenements in the entire Philippines, in particular the active Exploration Permit (EP) and EP Applications under the direction of the Exploration Manager/Exploration Consultant
• Provision of advice and skills to a high standard as expected from a professional geologist
• Collect and interpret geological data from all sources including geochemical surveys, geophysical surveys, geological mapping, GIS techniques, RC drill sample and Auger soil sample logging and d Diamond drill core logging including geotechnical logging.
• Supervise the quality control on all data collected, including sample assay results, lithological, petrological and mineralogical data, survey data including drill hole collars and surveys. Maintain records and security systems to provide a paper audit rail for all assay results.
• Assist in completing mandatory documents as required by the regulatory agencies of the government for EP, DMPF and MPSA application and reporting (quarterly, annual), including creation of required maps and plans.
• Experienced in specializing minerals and exploration works.
• Performs such other functions as assigned.
