Liaison Officer, Isabela

The Liaison Officer is responsible for facilitating communication and coordination between the company and external parties such as government agencies, clients, and partner organizations. This role ensures smooth processing of documents, compliance with regulatory requirements, and timely completion of transactions.

• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and external stakeholders
• Process and secure permits, licenses, and other government-related documents
• Handle submission and follow-up of documents to government offices and partner institutions
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and document status
• Coordinate with internal departments for requirements and updates
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Address concerns or issues related to documentation and processing
• Perform fieldwork as needed for document processing and coordination

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any related field
• Proven experience as a Liaison Officer or in a similar role is an advantage
• Familiarity with government processes and requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information

• Experience in processing permits, registrations, or legal documents
• Knowledge of local government units (LGUs) and regulatory procedures
• With valid professional drivers license
