 I. POSITION SUMMARY:

Ensures proper, orderly, cost effective, and timely execution of the operation and maintenance of all building systems, facilities, and equipment. 

II. DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Oversee pre-operations, testing, commissioning, and turnover of building systems and facilities. 
• Manage daily operations and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and utility systems.    
• Supervise engineering staff and contractors to ensure preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance are properly executed.    
• Ensure regulatory compliance, permit renewals, accurate technical documentation, and utility monitoring.    
• Support budgeting, procurement, facility upgrades, energy conservation initiatives, and resident engineering concerns.

III. QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS

SKILLS:

Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.

(License)5+ years of experience in equipment engineering or a related role
