Software Engineer, General Santos

As part of our ongoing digital transformation, we are inviting a Software Engineer to join our growing IT team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your expertise will contribute to developing and improving software solutions that support KCC Malls operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements analysis to deployment and support.
• Analyze business and user needs and design reliable, efficient software solutions.
• Develop, test, and implement new applications and system features.
• Recommend enhancements and upgrades for existing programs to improve performance and usability.
• Ensure system functionality and stability through effective testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for future maintenance and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience or familiarity with the following technologies is an advantage:
• Languages/Frameworks: C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Databases: T-SQL, MS SQL, Oracle, MariaDB
• Tools: Visual Studio, Unit Testing frameworks
• Additional skills: Mobile development or software architecture design is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, hybrid environment.
• A positive attitude toward learning and professional growth.
• Must be willing to work hybrid schedule
