Description
- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repairs of large format printers and machines
- Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance
- Provide training and technical support to customers on proper machine usage and troubleshooting
- Maintain detailed service reports and communicate findings to the support team
- Technical diploma or degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in servicing large format printers, plotters, or industrial machines (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in hardware and software-related issues
- Willingness to travel and work on-site for customer support and repairs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
