Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
Lead and motivate production teams to achieve productivity and quality targets.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field
Experience Level:1-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role
Skills and Competencies: Strong project management and leadership skills
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in planning and operations management
Qualities and Traits: Team player with a strong work ethic
Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of quality standards and food safety protocols

Willing to Work in Davao City (Paid Training will be in Laguna)
Willing to be Assigned in Davao City ( Those came from Manila or Nearby provinces that are willing to work in Davao City)
