Description

The Product Specialist will be responsible for generating sales, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and promoting oncology products within the assigned territories. The role requires a proactive, sales-driven individual who is committed to achieving sales targets, conducting product presentations, and representing the company professionally in the field.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and market penetration of oncology products in the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare providers to ensure consistent product usage and brand loyalty.
  • Conduct effective product presentations and detailing sessions to educate clients on product features, benefits, and therapeutic indications.
  • Implement sales strategies and territory action plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Perform regular fieldwork, including territory visits, client calls, and customer engagement activities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide timely feedback to the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Submit accurate and timely reports such as sales updates, call logs, and market insights.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Biology, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in oncology
  • Must be willing to travel regularly and perform extensive fieldwork within Manila Area
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport effectively with doctors and healthcare professionals.
  • Sales-driven, target-oriented, and highly motivated to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Confident in conducting product presentations and client discussions.
  • Willing to undergo training at the Head Office in Las Pinas
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently.
