The Product Specialist will be responsible for generating sales, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and promoting oncology products within the assigned territories. The role requires a proactive, sales-driven individual who is committed to achieving sales targets, conducting product presentations, and representing the company professionally in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and market penetration of oncology products in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare providers to ensure consistent product usage and brand loyalty.
- Conduct effective product presentations and detailing sessions to educate clients on product features, benefits, and therapeutic indications.
- Implement sales strategies and territory action plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Perform regular fieldwork, including territory visits, client calls, and customer engagement activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide timely feedback to the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Submit accurate and timely reports such as sales updates, call logs, and market insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Biology, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in oncology
- Must be willing to travel regularly and perform extensive fieldwork within Manila Area
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport effectively with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Sales-driven, target-oriented, and highly motivated to achieve and exceed goals.
- Confident in conducting product presentations and client discussions.
- Willing to undergo training at the Head Office in Las Pinas
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently.
