Job Summary:

The Engineering Manager Mechanical is responsible for overseeing plant mechanical integrity and asset reliability. This role leads the maintenance function, drives equipment performance, and implements best practices (TPM, Lean) to ensure maximum uptime, safety, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PRC Registered).
• Professional Mechanical Engineer is a must.
• 10+ years of plant maintenance management experience, preferably in FMCG, Food, or Beverage.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Expert knowledge of utilities (boilers, chillers, compressors) and production machinery.
• Practical experience with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
