Job Summary:

• The Plant Process Engineer (Industrial Engineer) is responsible for analyzing, developing, and improving manufacturing processes to ensure optimal efficiency, quality, and productivity within the plant. The role focuses on establishing standardized procedures, conducting time and motion studies, and implementing work efficiency guidelines to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, or any related field.
• 35 years of relevant experience preferably in a manufacturing or plant operations.
• Strong knowledge of process improvement, work measurement, and time study methodologies.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
• Proficient in data analysis, process documentation, and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
