Job Summary:

The Microbiology Laboratory Analyst conducts rapid microbial testing using the Petrifilm method, ensures compliance with good laboratory practices (GLP), and accurately records results. The role also involves environmental sampling, supporting validation studies, and handling special projects to maintain quality and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Microbiology, Biology, Food Technology, or related science.
• 13 years experience in laboratory operations (preferably with microbiology laboratory).
• Demonstrated capability in microbiological analysis.
• Proven analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and people management skills, with flexibility in dealing with staff across all organizational levels.
• PAM Certified Microbiologist is a plus but not required.
