Job Summary:

• The Maintenance & Facilities Engineer leads a technician team to ensure optimal performance of industrial manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities include scheduled maintenance, complex troubleshooting, on-site repairs, contractor oversight, project implementation, and full OSHA compliance, while maintaining detailed activity reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a valid professional license.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and heating systems, with the ability to read system schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a firm understanding of OSHA safety guidelines and procedures.
• Leadership experience with excellent communication and training skills.
