Job Summary:

• The Accounting Manager oversees daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and inventory. This role leads month-end and year-end closings, ensures compliance with government regulations, and supervises and develops the accounting team. The position also supports internal and external audits as well as budgeting activities to ensure accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting;
• CPA Board passer is a must.
• Minimum of 5 years accounting experience, with 2 years in leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR compliance, and financial reporting standards.
• Solid background in a manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in audit preparation, cost accounting, and budgeting.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Darong, Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur.
