Liaison Officer, Davao del Sur

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Delivery Liaison to support our daily operations. The role involves sourcing auto parts from other stores when items are unavailable in our inventory, assisting in order preparation, and handling delivery tasks for both local and outside Davao areas when needed.

• Source and purchase required auto parts from partner or external stores as instructed
• Check and verify availability of items needed by the company
• Assist in preparing customer orders for release
• Support packing and organizing of items for delivery
• Handle delivery and pick-up tasks within and outside Davao when required
• Ensure all purchased items are complete, correct, and properly documented
• Maintain assigned company motorcycle in good condition and use it responsibly for work-related tasks

• At least High School Graduate

Can Drive Motorcycle or any other 4 wheels vehicle

• With valid drivers license
• Familiar with Davao routes and nearby areas
• Honest, responsible, and trustworthy
• Physically fit and willing for field work
• Flexible and willing to do errands and deliveries

• Field work / On-site
• With assigned company motorcycle
