Warehouse Operations Manager, Davao del Sur

• Avoid missing or wrong items
• Report out-of-stock items quickly
• Suggest ways to improve the procesS
• Make sure orders are picked and packed correctly

• Monitor stock levels in the warehouse
• Make sure inventory records are accurate
• Report damaged, missing, or excess items
• Help prevent stock shortages or overstock

• Make sure deliveries follow company rules
• Ensure orders are delivered on time
• Handle returns, cancellations, and collections properly
• Fix any differences in returned items

• Check and review employee performance
• Enforce rules and handle violations
• Help reduce employees leaving the company

• Review sales and warehouse performance
• Prepare simple reports (payments, expenses, requests)
• Suggest ways to reduce costs and improve profit

Qualifications:

• Has experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics, Supply Chain
• Has experience managing a team
• Good at solving problems and getting things done
• Pays attention to details
• Good at working with people and handling conflicts
• Willing to learn and improve
• Can work longer hours if needed
• Can speak Tagalog and basic English
• College graduate (any course; Industrial Engineering is a plus)
• At least 2-3 years work experience (2 years as a manager)
• Knows how to use Excel or Google Sheets
