Area Supervisor (Davao Region)

This role is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring smooth operations, and providing hands-on support for franchise partners. A strong background in operational auditing is required to ensure all stores strictly maintain brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Audit & Quality Control

Store Audits: Conduct frequent, structured audits of all Davao locations to score them on Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC).

Compliance Checks: rigorous inspection of store adherence to Hola Coffees operational manuals, recipes, and safety protocols.

Correction & Follow-up: Issue audit reports to store teams and franchisees, requiring proof of correction for any violations found.

2. Franchise Support & New Store Set-Up

Project Lead: Lead the on-site setup for new franchise locations in Davao, ensuring the layout, equipment, and workflow meet Hola Coffee standards before opening.

Franchise Partner Support: Act as the primary operational consultant for franchisees, helping them troubleshoot daily issues and ensuring they are aligned with the Head Office's direction.

3. Sales Monitoring & Strategy

Sales Targets: Drive the Davao stores to meet and exceed monthly sales targets (starting from 1.5M PHP/month).

Action Plans: Analyze daily sales trends and implement immediate operational changes or local promotions to boost transaction counts during slow hours.

4. Staff Training & Team Development

Trainer: Personally conduct training sessions for new hires and franchise staff, focusing on beverage recipes, customer service scripts, and speed of service.

Team Management: Monitor staff performance and grooming on the floor. Provide real-time coaching to ensure the team delivers excellent customer service.


Job Requirements

Location: Based in Davao City, with mobility to visit different stores within the region.

Experience:

Audit Experience: Must have prior experience in an Audit or Quality Assurance (QA) role within the food and beverage industry.

Operations: Proven track record in F&B operations (Store Manager or Area Coach level), with expertise in training and new store openings.

Skills:

Eye for Detail: Ability to spot minor deviations from brand standards that others might miss.

Leadership: Ability to motivate staff and influence franchisees without direct authority.

Communication: Clear and effective communication skills for training and reporting audit findings to Head Office.

Mindset: Strict on standards but supportive of business growth.
