JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Japanese and international cuisine

Has experience in kitchen management

Skilled in leadership, menu planning, cost control, inventory oversight, food safety, and team supervision

Experience working with diverse expatriate teams is an advantage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise and coordinate all kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and food quality

Develop and refine menus, recipes, and plating standards aligned with brand guidelines

Monitor food costs, portioning, and implement waste reduction strategies

Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations

Oversee inventory management, conduct stock audits, and coordinate with procurement
