Description

Secures documents needed for claims evaluation from public and private institution and prepares reports of the investigated cases.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the transfer of titles & tax declarations to the buyers name.
  • Prepares correspondence, bills, statements, receipts, checks or other documents.
  • Copying information from one record to another
  • Secures/renews permits of buyers from facility providing agencies and government agencies before turnover of units to buyer.
  • Keep a control of all units for transfer of title.
  • Proofreads records or forms
  • Sorts and files records
  • Notarize papers and assist with research as requested
  • Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

A) Education:

  • Candidate possesses at least a bachelors/college degree of any Business-related course

B) Experience & Competencies:

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in clerical work (filing, documentation & encoding)
  • With experience in dealing government offices - documentation processing of title or other legal papers
  • Must be computer literate; Knowledgeable in MS office applications
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
  • With excellent communication skills
  • Must be computer-literate (MS Word & Excel)
  • Responsible and reliable
