Position: Procurement Senior Supervisor

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Salary: Php 40,000-Php 43,000 gross

Work SetUp: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

At least 5 years experience as a Purchasing/Procurement Senior Supervisor in the construction industry

Strong knowledge of construction materials and supplier management

Excellent negotiation, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Analytical and problemsolving abilities; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with construction regulations

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and supervise a team of buyers, ensuring efficient and costeffective procurement operations

Manage suppliers: conduct cost analyses, negotiate contracts, process accreditations, purchase orders, and payments

Evaluate vendor performance, resolve disputes, and ensure compliance with company standards

Oversee order and inventory management, coordinate with planning teams, and monitor timely deliveries

Control purchasing budgets, perform cost analyses, ensure compliance, and prepare procurement reports for management
