  • Responsible for growing the retail channel network by facilitating product conversions, opening new channels, and implementing strategic marketing programs.
  • Enhances product visibility through structured presentations to existing and prospective partners and ambassadors.
  • Strengthens brand presence by participating in local projects and effectively communicating product value propositions.
  • Supports finance operations through the timely collection and processing of accounts receivable.
  • Ensures data accuracy by maintaining detailed records of sales performance, client interactions, and customer concerns.
  • Collaborates with the marketing team to align outreach initiatives with target market objectives.
  • Conducts comprehensive competitor analyses to inform product positioning and market strategy.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience.
  • Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Exposure in selling hardware & construction materials is an ADVANTAGE.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative selling skills.
  • Must be willing to do fieldwork in DAVAO.
