Description

This is a full-time on-site Administrative Staff role located in Davao City. He/She will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls with proper etiquette, communicating with clients effectively, excellent in numbers, assisting with executive administrative tasks, and utilizing clerical skills to facilitate office/project operations.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Tourism Management or related field.

- Atleast 1 year of administrative or office support experience

-Experience in handling documents, reports or coordination tasks is a plus

-Strong organizational and time management skills

-Good written and verbal communication

-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel,PowerPoint)

-Attention to detail and record-keeping skills

-Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

-Experience with negotiation with clients

-Can travel
